Sky sports has great channels but they really are boardering on a monopoly and making it extremely hard for other channels showing the english premier leugue, for example ESPN is going from 46 matches for 2009 season and dropping to 23 in the 2010. Setanta sport is the only channel that made sky see brown.
for example the access all areas coverage of the Conference
i agree these two presenters were so boring like the whole chhannel.
the only good thing was charlotte jackson she was so fit. and murray dron the guy she presented with was the only decent male presenter.
thank god the channel stopped. sky were far superior

I am not here to argue for Rupert Murdoch and his cronies but Sky built the Premiership. If you are talking about pioneering technology, what about Sky’s coverage of the Champions League, the goal alert system and the choice of 8 live games through the red button on Weds? They were the first to bring in the choice of diffrent camera angles, they have the best commentators and their HD is awesome though we shouldn’t have to be extra for it as Sky customers.
thats bollocks, talk to anyone in TV, and some of the thing setanta did on their football coverage was pioneering and had never been done before, Sky are now doing many of these things now.
could have got a better leagu for that price

I thought that they just slinked off the air without a word, I didn’t even watch it. Skysports launched and bankrolled the Premiership and their coverage of the league is immense. Setanta’s coverage of boxing and football was nothing short of shambolic. They took the lead from Sky Sports anyway so why did thy even attempt to take on Sky? Sky are a multi billon pounds corportion and owned by the tyrincal Murdoch but there coverage of football is unrivaled in any country.
I’m an idiot for dessing Dzeko? He comes from a country that probably to most still is unknown! Yes, he won the german footballer of the year? And? Scott Brown won the same title in Scotland but didn’t really get any extra recognition for it, and he did have a brilliant season. And I am very informed about football, I just had never heard of Dzeko before. I knew that Wolfsburg had won the Bundesliga.
